MAVEN Terms & Conditions

Welcome to MAVEN! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MAVEN mobile app, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders placed through the MAVEN app are for pickup only (unless otherwise stated).
  • All payments must be made through approved methods in the app.
  • Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check before confirming.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Loyalty Rewards Program

  • Earn points for every eligible purchase made through the app.
  • Points may be redeemed for discounts, free items, or exclusive offers.
  • MAVEN reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time, without notice.
  • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

4. Promotions & Offers

  • Promotional offers and discounts are subject to availability and may be app-exclusive.
  • Each promotion may have additional rules or restrictions.
  • MAVEN reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
  • Not impersonate another person or submit false information.
  • Respect our staff, guests, and the MAVEN community both online and in-store.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy]. We value your trust and are committed to protecting your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials in the app and website are the property of MAVEN and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are made, we’ll notify you via the app or our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
